Pure CM method
The pure CM method in Japan is one of the methods used to place orders for construction and design work.
The pure CM method is a type of CM method in which a selected CMr (construction manager) acts as an agent or consultant for the client to provide CM services such as design advice, selection and management of construction companies, and management of processes and costs.
The basic principle of this method is that the CMr (construction manager) performs various management tasks for the benefit of the client, making full use of his or her expertise and management know-how, and receives a fee for doing so.
